It's been a while and I thought that I'd use this post to share another smoothie recipe! This one is not too different from the smoothie recipe I posted last month, but it does have a few more healthy add-ins.
Kale (1/4 cup)
Spinach (1/4 cup)
Frozen blueberries (small hand full)
Honey (1/4 teaspoon)
Greek Yogurt (1.5 tablespoons)
Peanut Butter (2 teaspoons)
Ground flax seeds (1.5 teaspoons- good for antioxidants)
All of these measurements are just guesses, I really don't measure anything when I make these, so don't feel like they are binding. I hope this brightened your Monday just a little, and if you get to try out this recipe, come back and let me know what you think!
