Today marks two years with this family! I started with this wonderful family back in 2012 and in two years I've experienced so many wonderful things with them.
During this time I've seen a toddler grow to a little man; I've watched as he learned numbers (in three languages), colors and shapes. He's mastered the art of the potty and learned how to do almost everything on his own in these two years. He's so smart and absolutely hilarious; he's never failed to make me laugh. I love his innocence and true desire to care for others.
He has taught me about being patient and loving in all circumstances. He's taught me that there's a time to stick to a schedule and a time to throw caution to the wind.
And this little beauty wasn't even born when I first started nannying. But she's grown up so much in the 15 months she's been on the planet. I love hearing her laugh and seeing how excited she gets when her brother's around.
She's a crawling machine and it learning to walk. She knows the sign for "all done" and will occasionally sign "milk." And if you sing to her she may reply.
And I could never forget P & S (dad and mom)! I'm not sure I could fully sum up what they've meant to me as bosses and even more as friends these last two years. I've learned so much from them as they've openly invited me into their family. I've shared in laughter and celebrations around their kitchen table, as well as the ups and downs of finding a job for my career.
This family has loved me as their sister and I'm so incredibly thankful them!
