Can we all agree that April was not one of my best blogging months?
Good, I'm glad we got that one out of the way. It's a new month and time to reflect on how my goals for April went as well as what I want to work on this month. So here's last month's goal list:
+fitness: running goals to 4 times a week and weight training. I was doing pretty good at this and then I had one busy week that threw off my routine!
+friendships: I want to continue to build new friendships. Nope!
+no sweets: I really want to see how long I can go without eating unhealthy sweets. haha, i'm not making this goal ever again. I cheated three times. but it did help me to see that I don't NEED sweets.
+budget: try the cash system. I also didn't do the cash system because I found Mint.com. You can link it to your bank account and they will tell you when you're getting close to going over your budget.
+reading: I want to finish three books by the end of the month. Hahahaha, that was a funny joke!
+television: cut back on television. I did do this one and it's been so nice to not spend my days off sitting in front of the tv!
Now on the my goals for this month:
=blog= at least three times a week. Something I clearly failed to do last month!
=fitness= get back into running 4 times a week. I'm also going to try to make 4 miles my minimum distance.
=celebrate= May is my blog-iversary and I want to celebrate in some way, it's the first time any blog of mine has lasted this long by far! Any suggestions as to what you'd like to see here?
=keep up budget= I just want to continue to be wise with my money and find even more ways to save. As I find them, I'll be sure to share them!
