We all do it, make New Year's resolutions. Resolutions to eat healthier, be more active, love that difficult family member, read more books, take a dream vacation and the list continues!
I'll be the first to admit that I haven't thought about a resolution of mine since the third week of January. Some time after the long list of things I wanted to do this year, reality hit and I realized that making healthy meals and working out were going to take more effort than pinning them on my fitness and food boards.
So now it's June.. 6 months into the year and thus far I've failed at every resolution. And even though "being gracious with myself" was one of my resolutions I want to finish the remainder of this year strong -- aim to reach the goals that I set for myself.
But how? How do I set goals for myself and actually sick to them? Here are some things I've seen work in my own life, when I stick to them.
I hope that if you've been like me and have forgotten those resolutions, that you'll pick them back up and finish this year strong. I'll be sure to let y'all know how the rest of my year goes!
